find it in Worcestershire event this morning on tendering for contracts

The main speaker this morning was Kul SangherA, the former head of Procurement and supplier development at Business Link. Kul gave some very useful advice on how to get better at tendering for contracts out to tender. This included the dos and do nots of writing tender documents. His 15 years experience of writing successful tenders and also scoring tender submissions was a valuable source of information.
I was pleased to see that having sound Quality Assurance Procedures in place was a must have for successful tendering. This is a rapidly expanding area of my business where I add the missing procedures to those already existing and then help the company put them into practice before doing their internal audits, management review and then arranging for external accreditation to ISO9001 .
